I wanted to offer other couples who are on a fertility journey the recipe that ended up working for me. I spent 5 years researching, studying and going from practitioner to practitioner before I believe I finally found this. A combination of dietary, lifestyle and nervous system adjustments that create internal balance. Often when you are on this path, particularly IVF, you can feel as if you lose a sense of control over how you can contribute to the outcome of a cycle. But there are so many things that we can do in preparation for our stimulations cycles, transfers and post transfers that CAN play an important role in cycle outcomes. In particular, understanding the phases of your reproductive system, and how integrating specific techniques for these phases can intimately effect your nervous system and the stress response, and how these systems react to one another.
