During my conception journey, I struggled a lot with anxiety and the heavy emotions that showed up frequently because of this. I didn't want to go out and socialise unless I felt like I "fit in" and noticed that my anxieties were becoming more intense as time went on. On top of this my sleep patterns were irregular and I would wake easily throughout the night. Little did I know that emotions, anxiety and restless sleeping are all interconnected.
